Xactimate software is used in developing the invoices sent to the insurance carriers. Xactimate is an insurance approved and recommended program that is pervasive in the industry. This program has a sketch option in which a computerized diagram is drafted and forwarded to the company showing the dimensions and layout of the home. Adjustments are automatically made for regional pricing differences corresponding to the loss location. Photographs of the damaged property, computerized diagrams of the structure, and complete invoices are sent to the insurance adjuster upon completion of the job.
