A packout of the contents at the loss location, may be needed for a variety of reasons: fire, smoke, water, or structural settling of the home, just to name a few. We have as much storage space available as needed for these specific situations. A complete inventory of each item leaving the home will be documented to guarantee complete accuracy. The items are stored until necessary cleaning or repairs are complete, or until the property owner directs otherwise.
